And it’s not hard to do that

We are living in a strange world, although one familiar to ordinary people. Hardship is commonplace and we have entered a new realm of late, a political nightmare, where governments are actually working against the interests of their own people.
There are many dictators and military groups around the world who are carrying out acts that cannot be justified in a modern society. There are all kinds of situations where the military has taken over control in the name of the ‘people’ when it’s only about control and not about the people at all. Control brings the ability to accumulate vast wealth and wealth with power is the goal for so many. From supercars, yachts, expensive Tiaras, ball gowns and luxury apartments, it all has to end. ”Real” people are what is needed, not entrepreneurs who want to take from society but not give anything back.
It’s both tempting and easy to blame others for our plight but in fact we are all part of the problem. By exercising our rights as consumers of the output of society, we condone and encourage all the wrongs that are causing the world so many problems. We turn a blind eye to the shortcomings of our heroes and want to criticise those who are the heroes to others in a never-ending blame-game. Until we break this cycle the human race will not move on.
Public goodness is now a thing of the past until we realise we are not this body, mind, emotions, these thoughts, but we are the spirit, which is an eternal quality. You can only get to that spirit by achieving your inner awakening and getting in touch with your real inner self, where you can learn to throw off bit by bit all the conditionings of this world.
We have to learn to be ourselves, walk our own path, sing our own song, and we can only do that by facing ourselves as we really are, seeing our mental conditionings in the illusional world we live in. Until we see how we can get in touch with the heart of the earth we live on, a loving heart which has given us everything from the minute we get up in the morning to the time we go to bed at night, and the dark of the night we need to sleep. Starting there is the most important thing, where we learn respect for that love given to us so freely, so lovingly in the beauty of this land to the enormity and wonder of the universe, the sun and the moon and stars, the wonder of clouds and flowers and wildlife.
It’s really time to find out what we are and start on that journey of introspection and insight. If we don’t, these patriarchal greedy, aggressive and self interested regimes may destroy us all, and I get the feeling that that time is not too far in the future either.
